(when fiction and realities collide)

I stared at the printouts. It was still warm, fresh coming out from that flashy printer. Somehow..it didn't make sense at all. "How come..what the fuck" was all that I could think of now. As I couldn't stand it anymore, I threw it all against my terminal monitor that still showing some news from Bloomberg TV. "There..cover my floor, stupid junk papers!"
...
The clock already showing 0:13 and I am already a bit tired. Physically and emotionally. I remember just about 4 hours ago I almost "hurt" myself at the gym. Trying to break "the wall" on treadmill until I realized people around me was looking at me. Yeah..I was running like crazy wanting to beat the time and distance. Guess it was not about being fit anymore..perhaps..I was trying to prove the theory that our brains work better when we're moving. Whatever. I stopped and headed to the sauna room..stayed there for almost 20 minutes, took shower and went back to my apartment.
...
Emotionally..I guess I'm getting tired because of such gloomy beginning of a new year. No..I'm not talking about news..it's already too much and it's better for me not to read it too often. The feeling was coming from seeing a sad scene today on the way back from office. I saw a salary man..could be easily on his late 40s or early 50s..sitting on the floor at Shinagawa station. It was only around 6PM so he couldn't be drunk already. His hands were covering his face so I couldn't really see his expression. I wanted to take off my headphone to hear whether he was crying or not but on second thought I decided not to. Meanwhile, people was just passing by after gave the poor man a look. Some gave "wtf" look but I feel some actually could relate to whatever that man situation was. Sigh. So much for a "happy" new year. I just hope that old man could bear all the pain and see the light again at the end of the day...
...
Anyway, after taking a short break from putting all those useless papers into shredder machine, I got back into my Powerpoint stuffs again. That's right...powerful (bullet) points that should be able attracting funds for the project. The project that may..oh, wait..will open global doors. I remember what some people said or thought when they heard about it the first time. "You better wake up, buddy..we're on the most severe financial crisis in the history..no money out there, stay!" Ahh, you know what, I guess life is funny because after all people are funny. Good night, sleep tight, sweet dream.

An original idea. That can't be too hard. The library must be full of them. - Stephen Fry, Actor
